Mango Pannacotta- Easy No Bake Dessert

Easy Mango Pannacotta

Mango season is upon us and it’s almost blasphemous not to celebrate it!Quick and Easy Mango Pannacotta has become my weekly dessert! I know so so many Non resident Indians who miss home so much during this glorious season. There is no other fruit which celebrates our diversity like Mango.Everyone has their favourites from Alfonso being the king of all summer fruits,Baganpalli/Safeda the most easily available and affordable variety & the naughty Dussheri eaten by just tearing off the tip.I could really go on. All of us have such amazing Childhood memories of revelling in that saffron colour fleshy, sweet, sticky fruit, with juices streaking down our mouths, loving every bit of the mess this fruit promises. These fruits single handedly made summer …

Homemade Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Homemade Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cake

Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cake

Introducing our son “Vansh” to all you guys! This burst of cuteness graced us on 12 Feb 2017.I want to say it was the happiest day of my life but that’s not accurate.Everyday my happiness grows with Vansh. As much as my pregnancy was difficult (or annoying) because of my gestational diabetes, with having to take 4 injections everyday and extreme diet control ,his arrival was extremely fuss free .I want to say I actually had fun in the operation theatre but I will sound like a psychopath so instead I will say it was pretty chilled out (pun intended).I am sure it wasn’t me but the muscle relaxants they gave me but it was a wonderful experience! I went to …

Cherry & Blueberry Clafoutis

Cherry Clafoutis

Clafoutis was never the one indulgence I thought would end up eating before starting my second journey of whole 30.In hidsight, the choice was taken out of my hands the instant I saw these succulent looking cherries in Namdhari & the cherry on top(huh?) were the fresh blueberries I ended up paying double the amount for(hmmpp).. Clafoutis is a french dessert served warm with a dust of powdered sugar.Apparently if you use anything other than Cherries it’s called a Flaugnarde instead. So semantically I have made two desserts but by adding one ingredient! I went with the ever right Julia Child’s Recipe and kicked the ass of Clafotie! Her recipe is the simplest available online. No heavy cream or butter in it.You have to give some and take …
