Cream Cheese Green Onion Dip

This dip is creamy, refreshing and goes with any kind of food!It immediately zings up your party food.Especially if you haven’t had the time to make the starters which i never do!!It goes especially well with chips and wafers!!!

I added a little curd in it to decrease the consistency of the dip.Depending on your requirement you can either add or leave curd out. This dip can also be used to make sandwiches.Add a little shredded cabbage, carrot and olives and it turns into a nice spread.

Ingredients

3 oz of cream cheese

1/2 capsicum

1/4 cup green onions

4 tablespoons curd

Salt to taste

  1. In a blender blend capsicum and green onions
  2. Add the cream cheese and blend till fluffy.
  3. Add curd and blend to get the required consistency
  4. Serve Chilled.

Enjoy..
