My habit of throwing random things together and cooking as resulted in another amazing recipe.It’s relatively healthy and totally refined ingredients free.I can’t say it’s diabetic friendly though it doesn’t contain any refined sugar or refined flour but the dates are pretty heavy on sugar so it should be consumed in moderation. These oat bars are definitely healthier than store bought protein bars and biscuits.It’s toddler and kid friendly and best of all it stores well.I carried these with me while travelling alone with baby and these were very handy.
