There are days I dream about the fruits which I will put in my smoothie bowl when i get up.My husband doesn’t know but the real reason I am pushing for a vacation in Thailand is not for the beaches but to eat the fruits!I salivate imagining how a white and pink dragon fruit smoothie bowl with pink guava and coconut chips.
I have made these smoothies for breakfast/brunch and sometimes lunch in these past few days and i thought i will share them with you. The thing with a smoothie bowl is that it is a thicker prettier version of a smoothie.All you need to do it gather the ingredients throw them in the juicer and decorate it with what you have.
This green smoothie is my mother’s recipe.Apparently this is one recipe which is responsible for a collective weight loss of 230 kgs in her society.It’s spinach,curry leaves,half an apple,chia seeds soaked in almond milk and chia seeds topped with lychee,frozen strawberries with some sunflower seeds sprinkled on top.
The second one is a grape,small Karnataka banana,passion fruit almond milk smoothie with dried cranberries,mango and kiwis.
The third one is a Banana chia seeds almond milk smoothie bowl with figs,walnuts and plum rose with pomegranate seeds.
This last one is Vegan Smoothie bowl with banana almond milk base topped with frozen grapes,Pomegranate,Figs and mango with a sprinkling of granola.
