Thai Sweet and Spicy Cucumber Salad

Thai Sweet and Spicy Cucumber Salad

Thai Sweet and Spicy Cucumber Salad is my absolute favourite salad to make, especially when I am entertaining. In fact in my mind it’s an amazing appetizer not a mere salad.
